This statement explains how Navis Advisory Inc. ("Navis," "we," or "us") handles personal information in connection with this website. We keep it deliberately short because this site is built to collect as little as possible.

Information this website collects

This website has one contact form, asking only for your email address. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies, embeds no third-party tracking, and asks you for nothing else in order to read it. We do not build profiles of visitors.

As with any website, the providers that deliver this one process limited technical data on our behalf. Our host records standard server-log information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for the time necessary to serve the site securely and reliably. We do not use that information to identify you.

If you contact us

The only way to contact us through this site is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the email address you provided and use it solely to respond and to conduct the conversation you began. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Service providers

We rely on established providers to operate: our website is served through Cloudflare, and our email runs on Google Workspace. Each processes data under its own terms and security practices as part of providing its service to us.

Disclosure

We do not disclose information about you to third parties except where necessary to operate, to enforce our rights, or where required by applicable law.

Your choices

You control what you send us. If you have corresponded with us and would like to know what we hold, or would like it corrected or deleted, write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period, consistent with applicable privacy law.
